Catch up

There are treasures everywhere! Here are a few from the last few months.
Regular visitors to the tree just outside our window. This is a male gang gang cockatoo. They are so amazing!

We are zoo regulars so they finally put us to work feeding some animals while we're at it. Hailey had a great time feeding the kangaroos and emus and waited patiently for them to come to her. She talks about the emus at the zoo all the time actually! Along with Hummer (pronounced Humma here) the giraffe and many others we have come to know very well over the past year. Our annual pass needs renewing at the end of the month, so I reckon that means we've probably hit the zoo nearly 50 times this year! It's really peaceful and not ever too busy and so nice to walk around. Like going to the park really, so we go a lot and love it.

I love this photo of Hailbops. She stopped to watch someone. She is a people watcher like her daddy. It doesn't matter what else is so exciting around, other kids especially just captivate her. She is very sweet and kind and, so far, really good at sharing. Such a beautiful, little person.
Not a lot of photo variety as far as coats go and I tend to take more photos when we're outside in the cold I guess! Will work on getting some hatless photos too. Her hair has really grown even since the photo on top.
Brian and I both had work in different shows last month! These are his mirrored blown vessels and below is a brooch I made with glass and silver.
